Do Eff Factor Software employees have access to my data?

Maintenance of the software is handled by over technology partner Fafadia Tech and our employees cannot have access to the server except the directors. Even the partners, employees have restricted access. Besides the data or reports do not carry the clients name or logo to ensure confidentiality.
